1. Topladığımız ve işlediğimiz bilgiler
a) Yalnızca cihazınızda saklananlar
Oyuncu adınız, coin bakiyeniz, oyun istatistikleriniz, seçtiğiniz karakter ve tema, dil ve ses ayarlarınız cihazınızda saklanır. Bu bilgiler tarafımıza gönderilmez; uygulamayı sildiğinizde silinir.
b) Google veya Apple ile giriş (isteğe bağlı)
Giriş yapmak zorunlu değildir. Google veya Apple hesabınızla giriş yaparsanız, giriş işlemi Play ID kimlik doğrulama hizmeti aracılığıyla yapılır ve adınız, e-posta adresiniz ve hesap kimliğiniz uygulamaya iletilir. Bu bilgiler yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır; adınız oyuncu adı olarak kullanılır. Çıkış yaptığınızda e-posta adresiniz cihazdan silinir.
c) Online oyun
Online maç oynadığınızda oyuncu adınız, seçtiğiniz karakter, oyun istatistikleriniz (oynanan, kazanılan, berabere biten maç sayısı), maç içi hamleleriniz ve gönderdiğiniz emojiler, eşleşme ve oyun için Photon (Exit Games) sunucuları üzerinden rakibinize iletilir. Bağlantı için IP adresiniz işlenir. Bu bilgiler maç süresince kullanılır, tarafımızca kalıcı olarak saklanmaz.
d) Liderlik tablosu
Sıralama gösterebilmek için oyuncu adınız ve oyun istatistikleriniz (puan, oynanan ve kazanılan maç sayısı) Supabase üzerinde barındırılan liderlik tablosuna kaydedilebilir.
e) Reklamlar
Oyun ücretsizdir ve reklamlarla desteklenir. Reklamlar Unity LevelPlay (ironSource Ads dahil) ve Unity Ads tarafından gösterilir. Bu hizmetler reklam göstermek, ölçmek ve kişiselleştirmek için şu bilgileri toplayabilir: reklam kimliği (Android'de Google reklam kimliği; iOS'ta yalnızca izin verirseniz IDFA), IP adresi ve bundan çıkarılan yaklaşık konum, cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi, dil, uygulama sürümü ve reklamlarla etkileşimleriniz (gösterim, tıklama, ödüllü reklamın izlenmesi).
f) Bağlantı ve saat kontrolü
İnternet bağlantınızı ve günlük ödüller için doğru saati kontrol etmek amacıyla uygulama Google'ın bağlantı kontrol adreslerine kısa istekler gönderir. Bu sırada IP adresiniz Google tarafından görülebilir; başka bilgi gönderilmez.

Hataları tespit etmek ve oyunu geliştirmek
Hukuki dayanaklar: hizmetin sunulması (sözleşmenin ifası), meşru menfaatimiz (oyunun çalışması ve güvenliği) ve gerektiğinde açık rızanız (ör. iOS'ta reklam takibi izni). Kişisel verilerinizi satmıyoruz.
Bunların dışında bilgileriniz yalnızca yasal bir zorunluluk olduğunda yetkili makamlarla paylaşılır. Hizmet sağlayıcıların sunucuları Türkiye dışında (ör. AB ve ABD) bulunabilir; bu durumda verileriniz yurt dışına aktarılmış olur.
4. Reklam tercihleriniz
Android: Ayarlar → Google → Reklamlar bölümünden reklam kimliğinizi sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsiniz.
iOS: Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → İzleme bölümünden uygulamaların sizi izlemesine izin vermeyebilirsiniz.
Bu durumda reklamlar gösterilmeye devam eder ancak kişiselleştirilmez.
5. Saklama süresi
Cihazdaki veriler: uygulamayı silene kadar.
Online maç verileri: maç süresince.
Liderlik tablosu: silinmesini talep edene kadar.
Reklam ortaklarının topladığı veriler: ilgili hizmetin politikasında belirtilen süre boyunca.
6. Güvenlik
Hizmet sağlayıcılarla iletişim şifreli bağlantılar (HTTPS/TLS) üzerinden yapılır ve makul güvenlik önlemleri alınır. Ancak hiçbir yöntem %100 güvenlik garantisi veremez.
7. Çocukların gizliliği
Komparsita 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bu yaş grubundan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız. Çocuğunuzun bize bilgi verdiğini düşünüyorsanız bizimle iletişime geçin; bilgileri sileriz.
8. Haklarınız
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı'ndaysanız GDPR kapsamında; verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve verdiğiniz rızayı geri alma haklarına sahipsiniz. Taleplerinizi kaan.kara@yahoo.com adresine iletebilirsiniz; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız. Ayrıca Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na veya bulunduğunuz ülkenin veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.
9. Verilerinizi silme
Bilgilerin çoğu yalnızca cihazınızda tutulduğu için uygulamayı silmeniz bunları da siler. Liderlik tablosundaki kaydınızın silinmesini istiyorsanız oyuncu adınızla birlikte bize e-posta gönderin.
10. Değişiklikler
Bu politika güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır ve en üstteki "Son güncelleme" tarihi değiştirilir.
This policy explains what information is processed when you use the Komparsita mobile game (Android and iOS), why it is processed, and your rights. The game is developed by independent developer Kaan Kara, who is the data controller. Contact: kaan.kara@yahoo.com
1. Information we collect and process
a) Stored only on your device
Your player name, coin balance, game statistics, selected character and theme, and language and sound settings are stored on your device. They are not sent to us and are deleted when you uninstall the app.
b) Sign in with Google or Apple (optional)
Signing in is not required. If you sign in with your Google or Apple account, sign-in is handled through the Play ID authentication service, and your name, email address and account ID are provided to the app. This information is stored only on your device; your name is used as your player name. Your email address is removed from the device when you sign out.
c) Online play
When you play online, your player name, selected character, game statistics (games played, won and drawn), in-match moves and the emojis you send are relayed to your opponent through Photon (Exit Games) servers for matchmaking and gameplay. Your IP address is processed to establish the connection. This information is used for the duration of the match and is not permanently stored by us.
d) Leaderboard
To show rankings, your player name and game statistics (points, games played and won) may be saved to a leaderboard hosted on Supabase.
e) Advertising
The game is free and supported by ads. Ads are served by Unity LevelPlay (including ironSource Ads) and Unity Ads. To serve, measure and personalize ads, these services may collect: your advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID on Android; on iOS, the IDFA only if you allow tracking), IP address and approximate location derived from it, device model, operating system, language, app version, and your interactions with ads (impressions, clicks, rewarded ads watched).
f) Connectivity and time check
To check your internet connection and the correct time for daily rewards, the app sends short requests to Google's connectivity check addresses. Google may see your IP address during these requests; no other information is sent.
2. Why we use this information
To run the game and store your progress and settings
To provide online matchmaking, matches and rematches
To display the leaderboard
To show ads and grant rewards for rewarded ads (coins, hints)
To detect bugs and improve the game
Legal bases: providing the service (performance of a contract), our legitimate interests (operating and securing the game), and your consent where required (e.g. tracking permission on iOS). We do not sell your personal information.
Apart from these, your information is shared with authorities only when legally required. These providers' servers may be located outside your country (e.g. in the EU and the US), in which case your data is transferred internationally.
4. Your ad choices
Android: Settings → Google → Ads lets you reset or delete your advertising ID.
iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking lets you deny apps permission to track you.
Ads will still be shown, but they will not be personalized.
5. Retention
Data on your device: until you uninstall the app.
Online match data: for the duration of the match.
Leaderboard: until you request deletion.
Data collected by ad partners: for the period stated in their policies.
6. Security
Communication with service providers uses encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), and reasonable security measures are taken. However, no method can guarantee 100% security.
7. Children's privacy
Komparsita is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe your child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR in the European Economic Area, Turkey's KVKK law, and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA), you may have the right to know whether your data is processed, and to access, correct or delete it, object to processing, and withdraw your consent. Send your requests to kaan.kara@yahoo.com; we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. Deleting your data
Because most information is kept only on your device, uninstalling the app deletes it. To have your leaderboard entry removed, email us with your player name.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated. The current version is always published on this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top is changed.

1. Información que recopilamos y tratamos
a) Guardada solo en tu dispositivo
Tu nombre de jugador, saldo de monedas, estadísticas de juego, personaje y tema elegidos, y la configuración de idioma y sonido se guardan en tu dispositivo. No se nos envían y se eliminan al desinstalar la aplicación.
b) Inicio de sesión con Google o Apple (opcional)
Iniciar sesión no es obligatorio. Si inicias sesión con tu cuenta de Google o Apple, el proceso se realiza a través del servicio de autenticación Play ID, y tu nombre, dirección de correo electrónico e identificador de cuenta se facilitan a la aplicación. Esta información se guarda solo en tu dispositivo; tu nombre se usa como nombre de jugador. Tu correo electrónico se elimina del dispositivo al cerrar sesión.
c) Juego en línea
Cuando juegas en línea, tu nombre de jugador, el personaje elegido, tus estadísticas (partidas jugadas, ganadas y empatadas), tus jugadas y los emojis que envías se transmiten a tu rival a través de los servidores de Photon (Exit Games) para el emparejamiento y la partida. Tu dirección IP se trata para establecer la conexión. Esta información se usa durante la partida y no la conservamos de forma permanente.
d) Tabla de clasificación
Para mostrar la clasificación, tu nombre de jugador y tus estadísticas (puntos, partidas jugadas y ganadas) pueden guardarse en una tabla de clasificación alojada en Supabase.
e) Publicidad
El juego es gratuito y se financia con anuncios. Los anuncios los muestran Unity LevelPlay (incluido ironSource Ads) y Unity Ads. Para mostrar, medir y personalizar anuncios, estos servicios pueden recopilar: tu identificador de publicidad (el ID de publicidad de Google en Android; en iOS, el IDFA solo si permites el rastreo), la dirección IP y la ubicación aproximada derivada de ella, el modelo de dispositivo, el sistema operativo, el idioma, la versión de la aplicación y tus interacciones con los anuncios (impresiones, clics, anuncios con recompensa vistos).
f) Comprobación de conexión y hora
Para comprobar tu conexión a internet y la hora correcta para las recompensas diarias, la aplicación envía breves solicitudes a las direcciones de comprobación de conexión de Google. Google puede ver tu dirección IP durante estas solicitudes; no se envía ninguna otra información.

Bases legales: la prestación del servicio (ejecución de un contrato), nuestro interés legítimo (el funcionamiento y la seguridad del juego) y tu consentimiento cuando sea necesario (p. ej., el permiso de rastreo en iOS). No vendemos tu información personal.
3. Proveedores de servicios con los que compartimos información
Fuera de estos casos, tu información solo se comparte con las autoridades cuando la ley lo exige. Los servidores de estos proveedores pueden estar fuera de tu país (p. ej., en la UE y en EE. UU.), en cuyo caso tus datos se transfieren internacionalmente.
4. Tus opciones de publicidad
Android: en Ajustes → Google → Anuncios puedes restablecer o eliminar tu ID de publicidad.
iOS: en Ajustes → Privacidad y seguridad → Rastreo puedes no permitir que las apps te rastreen.
Seguirás viendo anuncios, pero no estarán personalizados.
5. Conservación
Datos en tu dispositivo: hasta que desinstales la aplicación.
Datos de partidas en línea: mientras dura la partida.
Tabla de clasificación: hasta que solicites su eliminación.
Datos recopilados por los socios publicitarios: durante el plazo indicado en sus políticas.
6. Seguridad
La comunicación con los proveedores de servicios se realiza mediante conexiones cifradas (HTTPS/TLS) y se aplican medidas de seguridad razonables. Sin embargo, ningún método garantiza una seguridad del 100 %.
7. Privacidad de los menores
Komparsita no está dirigido a menores de 13 años y no recopilamos a sabiendas información personal de ellos. Si crees que tu hijo o hija nos ha facilitado información, contáctanos y la eliminaremos.
8. Tus derechos
Según dónde vivas (incluido el RGPD en el Espacio Económico Europeo y otras leyes de protección de datos aplicables), puedes tener derecho a saber si tratamos tus datos, a acceder a ellos, rectificarlos o suprimirlos, a oponerte a su tratamiento y a retirar tu consentimiento. Envía tus solicitudes a kaan.kara@yahoo.com; responderemos en un plazo máximo de 30 días. También puedes presentar una reclamación ante la autoridad de protección de datos de tu país.
9. Eliminar tus datos
Como la mayor parte de la información se guarda solo en tu dispositivo, al desinstalar la aplicación se elimina. Si quieres que se borre tu registro de la tabla de clasificación, escríbenos indicando tu nombre de jugador.
10. Cambios
Esta política puede actualizarse. La versión vigente se publica siempre en esta página y se cambia la fecha de "Última actualización" que aparece arriba.
