Fulldepo Gizlilik Politikası ve KVKK Aydınlatma Metni

Bu metin, Fulldepo: Akaryakıt Fiyatları mobil uygulamasını (Android ve iOS) kullandığınızda hangi bilgilerin, hangi amaçla ve kimler tarafından işlendiğini ve bu konudaki haklarınızı 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) kapsamında açıklar. 1. Kısaca

• Uygulamada hesap yoktur; adınız, e-posta adresiniz veya telefon numaranız istenmez.
• Konumunuz cihazınızdan çıkmaz. Bulunduğunuz ili ve ilçeyi, size en yakın istasyonları bulmak için yalnızca telefonunuzda kullanılır; bize veya başka bir yere gönderilmez ve saklanmaz. Konum izni vermek zorunlu değildir; ilinizi ve ilçenizi listeden de seçebilirsiniz.
• Seçtiğiniz il, ilçe, yakıt, bildirim tercihleri, favori istasyonlarınız, aracınızın bilgileri ve yakıt alım kayıtlarınız yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır.
• Fiş fotoğrafları cihazınızdan çıkmaz. "Fişi tara" ile çektiğiniz ya da seçtiğiniz fotoğraf, litre ve tutarı bulmak için yalnızca telefonunuzda (iOS'ta Apple Vision, Android'de Google Play hizmetlerindeki ML Kit) okunur; bize gönderilmez ve saklanmaz. Kamera ve fotoğraf izni isteğe bağlıdır.
• Yakıt kayıtlarını "Dışa aktar" ile yalnızca siz, seçtiğiniz uygulamayla paylaşabilirsiniz.
• Kendi sunucularımızda sizi tanımlayan bir kişisel veri tutmayız. Aşağıdaki hizmet sağlayıcılar, uygulamanın çalışması için teknik veriler (ör. IP adresi) işler.

Bildirim belirteci ve konu abonelikleri Google tarafından tutulur; cihaz belirtecinizi biz almayız ve saklamayız. Bildirimleri uygulamanın Ayarlar ekranından istediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz. Uygulamada reklam ve kullanıcı takibi yoktur.

Bunların dışında bilgileriniz yalnızca yasal bir zorunluluk olduğunda yetkili makamlarla paylaşılır.

4. Yurt dışına aktarım

Yukarıdaki hizmet sağlayıcıların sunucuları Türkiye dışında bulunur. Fiyat ve istasyon verisi Google'ın Belçika'daki sunucularında tutulur; bildirim, çökme raporu ve doğrulama hizmetleri başka ülkelerdeki (ör. AB ve ABD) sunucuları da kullanabilir. Bu durumda verileriniz KVKK'nın 9. maddesi kapsamında, hizmet sağlayıcıların sunduğu standart sözleşme hükümleri çerçevesinde yurt dışına aktarılmış olur.

5. Saklama süresi

• Cihazınızdaki tercihler uygulamayı silene kadar telefonunuzda kalır.
• Çökme raporları Firebase Crashlytics tarafından en fazla 90 gün saklanır.
• İstasyon fiyat bildirimleri son bildirimden itibaren en fazla 30 gün saklanır; doğrulanıp yayınlanan istasyon fiyatı (kimlik içermez) en fazla 7 gün gösterilir.
• İstasyon marka bildirimleri son bildirimden itibaren en fazla 1 yıl saklanır; günlük bildirim sayacı 2 gün sonra silinir. Rastgele kimlik sizi tanımlamaz ve başka bir veriyle ilişkilendirilmez.
• Hizmet sağlayıcıların teknik kayıtları kendi saklama politikalarına tabidir.

6. Fiyat ve istasyon bilgisinin kaynağı

Fiyatlar Enerji Piyasası Düzenleme Kurumu'nun (EPDK) herkese açık web servislerinden, istasyon bilgileri OpenStreetMap'ten (© OpenStreetMap katkıda bulunanlar, ODbL) alınır. Fulldepo akaryakıt şirketleriyle bağlantılı değildir; fiyatlar bilgi amaçlıdır, pompada farklılık olabilir.

7. Çocukların gizliliği

Fulldepo 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bu yaş grubundan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamaz.

8. Haklarınız

KVKK'nın 11. maddesi ve Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı'ndaysanız GDPR kapsamında; verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve zararınızın giderilmesini isteme haklarına sahipsiniz. Taleplerinizi kaan.kara@yahoo.com adresine iletebilirsiniz; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız. Hesap tutmadığımız için sizi tanımlayan bir kaydımız bulunmayabilir; bu durumda bunu size bildiririz. Ayrıca Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.

9. Verilerinizi silme

Bilgilerin çoğu yalnızca cihazınızda tutulduğu için uygulamayı silmeniz bunları da siler. Bildirimleri kapatmanız konu aboneliklerinizi sonlandırır.

10. Değişiklikler

Bu politika güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır ve en üstteki "Son güncelleme" tarihi değiştirilir.

Fulldepo Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is processed when you use the Fulldepo: Akaryakıt Fiyatları mobile app (Android and iOS), why, by whom, and your rights. The app is developed by, and the data controller is, independent developer Kaan Kara. Contact: kaan.kara@yahoo.com

1. In short

• There are no accounts; we never ask for your name, e-mail address or phone number.
• Your location never leaves your device. It is used only on your phone to find your province, district and the nearest stations; it is not sent to us or anyone else and is not stored. Location permission is optional; you can pick your province and district from a list instead.
• Your chosen province, district, fuel and notification preferences, favourite stations, vehicle details and fuel purchase log are stored only on your device.
• Receipt photos never leave your device. A photo you take or pick with "Scan receipt" is read only on your phone (Apple Vision on iOS, ML Kit in Google Play services on Android) to find the litres and amount; it is not sent to us and is not stored. Camera and photo permissions are optional.
• Only you can share your fuel log, with an app of your choice, via "Export".
• We keep no personal data that identifies you on our own servers. The service providers below process technical data (e.g. IP address) so the app can work.

Notification tokens and topic subscriptions are held by Google; we do not receive or store your device token. You can turn notifications off at any time in the app's Settings. The app has no ads and no user tracking.

Otherwise, information is shared with authorities only when legally required.

4. International transfers

These providers' servers are located outside Türkiye. Price and station data is stored on Google servers in Belgium; notification, crash-reporting and verification services may also use servers in other countries (e.g. the EU and the US). Such transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual terms.

5. Retention

• Preferences on your device remain until you delete the app.
• Crash reports are kept by Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days.
• Station price reports are kept for at most 30 days after the last report; a verified station price (which contains no ID) is shown for at most 7 days.
• Station brand reports are kept for at most 1 year after the last report; the daily report counter is deleted after 2 days. The random ID does not identify you and is not linked to any other data.
• Providers' technical logs are subject to their own retention policies.

6. Source of price and station data

Prices come from the public web services of Türkiye's Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK); station data comes from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL). Fulldepo is not affiliated with any fuel company; prices are for information only and may differ at the pump.

7. Children's privacy

Fulldepo is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. Your rights

Under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, if you are in the European Economic Area, the GDPR, you have the right to know whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, object to processing and seek compensation. Send requests to kaan.kara@yahoo.com; we reply within 30 days. Because we keep no accounts, we may hold no record that identifies you; if so, we will tell you. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or your local data protection authority.

9. Deleting your data

Most information is kept only on your device, so deleting the app deletes it. Turning notifications off ends your topic subscriptions.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated. The current version is always published on this page and the "Last updated" date above is changed.
